RevWin© QuickStart is a half-day virtual platform orientation session designed to get pursuit leaders and BD staff fully operational in RevWin from day one. The session opens with a guided platform walkthrough covering the distinction between Step-by-Step mode and Expert Mode (Capture Plan Forms view) and how to navigate between them. Participants then set up a live pursuit directly in the platform, working through Steps 1–3 (Background, Opportunity, and Planning) together in real time.
The second half of the session covers AI agent operation — running the Client Intelligence Agent and DISC Analyst Agent on actual decision-makers — followed by a review of the Risk Evaluator and portfolio dashboard so BD and practice group leadership understand how to read pursuit health and pipeline metrics from day one. QuickStart is recommended for all new Service 4b subscribers and may be elected as a standalone service.
