The RevWin© Capture Master Workshop is an in-house, platform-integrated training delivered in two formats: a 1.5-day session using a structured mock pursuit (Service 2a), and a 2-day session applied to live, active CLIENT pursuits (Service 2b). Both formats accommodate 12–18 participants and work through the complete 7-step capture planning methodology using the RevWin platform throughout every exercise, so participants are learning the process inside the tool they will use on the job.
A central feature of the workshop is the connection between the participant workbook and RevWin’s Expert Mode. Participants begin in RevWin’s guided Step-by-Step mode, then toggle to Expert Mode — the Capture Plan Forms view — where the platform’s online screens switch to Form Mode and mirror the printed workbook page-for-page. This direct correspondence between the digital platform and the physical workbook reinforces the methodology, accelerates adoption, and ensures participants leave with both a completed capture plan and the confidence to operate RevWin independently. Participants also receive a branded capture plan templates, decision-maker analysis tools, and access to post-workshop pursuit coaching.
