The 2-day session is applied directly to live, active Client Capture Plan Kickoff pursuits, for teams ready to develop real pursuit intelligence in real time. Participants will work through the complete 7-step capture planning methodology using the RevWin platform throughout every exercise, so participants are learning the process inside the tool they will use on the job. Upon completion, participants will be provided with the work products from their pursuit, including client analysis, competitive assessment, win strategy, value propositions, messaging framework, and action items.
